General FAQs:

What all do I need to get set up?
Your Federal Tax Number, Legal Name, Business Info, Personal Info, and a few signatures.  Just fill out the online Adobe Sign Form and submit it.  Then your account is approved and your Terminal is shipped out or locally installed and you can start accepting Credit Cards! It’s that easy!

What credit cards can I accept with my new Terminal?
All Credit Cards!  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We accept all Debit Cards.  With our advanced terminals you can even use those fancy Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Apple Pay Mobile Apps as well as Credit Cards that have the Tap and Pay function built into it.  However, the most common method is Chip Insert.  Our Terminals can also do Key Entered Card Not Present Transactions, but those carry a higher rate of course.

Can I use my existing checking account?
Absolutely! Your current checking account is where you will receive your funds and pay your monthly fees. Just copy your Routing and Account Number from your Business Check on to the Adobe Sign Application in the Merchant Bank Account Information Section.

How long before I get my new Terminal(s)?
As quickly as possible. For a Dejavoo Z8 or Magtek Card Reader, please allow for 10 business days if we’re shipping it to you. If you live in Central Illinois and we’re installing it in person, turnaround can end up being just 2-4 business days. We only do POS systems local to Central Illinois because of how involved they are (within an hour drive of Pekin, IL). Please allow 20 business days for POS systems. 

What's the deal with the Free Terminal Program?
We offer one FREE Loaner Terminal. You can choose a Dejavoo Z8 or a Bluetooth Magtek eDynamo Mobile Card Reader.  You can qualify for the Free Loaner Terminal by processing sales over your minimum Free Rental Quota on any given month.  If you fail to meet that threshold you may end up paying up to $50 as an Equipment Rental Fee depending on what equipment package you selected.  Terminals not returned to Brink Services after account closure are subject to an Equipment Non-Return Fee of $300/device, debited via ACH by Brink Services.

Is there really No Contract or ETF for Cancelling?
That is absolutely correct.  Unlike other processors who try to corner you into a contract under threat of a stiff ETF penalty for cancelling, we don’t do that.  Because we know you’ll love us with our low rates and transparent pricing.

Is the Flat Rate of 2.99% + $0.00/transaction really all I pay?
Absolutely, for all Card Present transactions (Swipe or Chip Insert).  Your Blended Rate, will however, increase if you start running Key Entered (Card Not Present) transactions to a maximum of 3.99% + $0.00/transaction. Your account will periodically be reviewed to see what percentage of transactions are Key Entered.  If after review, it shows that you do more than 5% Key Entered transactions or higher, you will receive notification via mail that your Blended Rate will be increasing in a linear fashion.  For example, 50% Key Entered transactions would indicate a Blended Rate of 3.49% + $0.00/transaction. 100% Key Entered transactions would indicate a Blended Rate of 3.99% + $0.00/transaction.

What's the deal with the $100 Sign Up Bonus?
We want to make you feel welcomed and thank you when you switch to Worldpay via Brink Services, so we will pay you $100 cash when you sign up.  This offer is only valid for local sign-ups.

What's the deal with the Free Paper Rolls?
Paper rolls are EXPENSIVE when you don’t buy them in bulk like we do.  To make all of our customers feel more welcome and to thank you for your business we offer a case of 50 paper rolls to be shipped along with your Terminal for all customers who don’t live locally to Central Illinois, who get the Dejavoo Z8.  For those who do live locally, you can receive rolls perpetually whenever you run out.  Simply call, text, or email us and we will deliver them to you at no charge!

Our internet router is not close to our cashier station and routing an Ethernet Cord would be very inconvenient; can your Terminals do Wifi?
Absolutely! Our Dejavoo Z8 can connect via Wifi, Ethernet Cord, or Dial Line Cord.  Our Bluetooth Magtek Mobile Card Reader of course connects to your cell phone via Bluetooth if you choose that solution.

How long does it take for my funds to deposit?
Next business day if the batch was completed before the cut-off time.  Our latest cut-off time ends at 8 PM ET.

What if my Terminal breaks or stops working?
As long as you’re utilizing our Free Equipment Rental program we will replace it at no cost.  If the Terminal breaks down you must let us know immediately so we can prepare a new machine to be shipped to you or installed locally. 

Oh no! I forgot to adjust my tips before I batched out; what can I do?
Simply take a good high resolution picture of the Receipt Stubs that you forgot to enter your tips on and email or text it to us so we can work on getting you credited.  You must make sure to have all of your tips adjusted before you leave for the evening.  All terminals are set to automatically batch out at 4 AM regardless if you adjusted your tips or not.

How can I get a logo for my customer receipts on the Dejavoo Z8?
Just email or point us to where we can find the artwork for your business logo and we will put it on your receipt for you.  If you don’t have one we will make a classy logo for you at no charge!

Do I need to do anything for PCI compliance?
We got you covered on this.  We make sure that your annual PCI Questionnaire is always done on time. We handle it all so you don’t have to worry about doing it, ever.

Do you do EBT Food Stamp processing?
Absolutely!  Just take a picture of your USDA Food Stamp Certificate and sign the Additional Services Amendment which we will email separately to you.

I'm in contract; can I still switch?
We offer up to a $500 ETF reimbursement if you average over $10000/mo in sales (local accounts only).  A 3 year contract will be required for the same ETF amount.  Meaning if you cancel with us within the 3 year period you’ll owe the same ETF amount to us which we paid out to you.  Just let them charge you and show us the proof of payment and a check will be provided in person.  We will require you write us a check for the same amount, which we will cash if you end up closing the account within 3 years. 

I'm content with my current processor; why would I switch?
